La villa si trova nella sicilia orientale in contrada Isola, uno splendido tratto della costa a sud di Siracusa in Sicilia, non accessibile al turismo di massa con accesso riservato sulla scogliera a mare, zona di recente dichiarata riserva naturale della penisola della Maddalena.
Posta a non più di 5 Km. dalla città ed a 300 mt. dal mare, è collegata al capoluogo con pubblici servizi. Immersa in un parco di 12.000 mq con prato e terrazze con vista panoramica del porto e dell'isola di Ortigia.
Le stanze sono tutte con bagno e aria condizionata, alcune con angolo cottura e si affacciano sul porto di Ortigia.

The house is located in the south-west area of Sicily in a place called Contrada Isola, near Siracusa. It is a wonderful piece of coast, not accessible to the massive tourism, with reserved access to the sea, zone of recent declared natural reserve of the peninsula of the Maddalena.
Located not over 5 Km. from the city ( Siracusa ), and not over 300 mt. to the sea, the house is easily accessible to the city by the public bus service.
Placed in a park of about 12.000 m2 on a beautiful landscape with a wonderful view.
All the rooms have a bathroom and with conditioned air and some also have a small kitchen, all of them have a nice view on the Ortigia port.
